Controls the default action for double-clicking items in the Navigator or dragging and dropping items from the Navigator to the workspace. Acceptable values are:

• 0 Item behaves exactly the same way as the last time it was dragged and dropped or double-clicked
• 1 Item is opened for design, unless dropped over the Open/ Preview/ Run button of the Navigator
• 2 Item is opened/ previewed/ run, unless dropped over the Design button of the Navigator (databases are always opened for design)
